Today we were booked as wedding photographers at a local church to us Holy Trinity Church in Sidcup, Kent. Pauline and Tony had invited a large group of friends and family to attend their wedding and help them celebrate. Luckily the weather was good as a few days before it had been raining and Pauline had been a bit worried about it but you can never tell in this country what will happen on the day!
Pauline arrived at the church with her dad and was already feeling emotional, when she walked up the aisle with her father to Tony all her nerves seems to disappear. We manage to get some lovely candid photographs during the service which we know they will be pleased with. The service was fun and truly reflected the couple they are. After all the friends and family group photos were taken we proceeded to the ‘The Glades’ parkland next door to the church, we took some time to carefully pose and relax the couple as they had said to us that they were not fans of having their photographs taken, it didn’t take long before they got into the swing of it and in the end they seemed to really enjoy themselves!
Pauline and Tony had planned an intimate wedding reception at the home in Sidcup. The marquee they had in their garden was outstanding and they had kept the ‘pink’ theme going with every last detail. A wonderful couple we wish you all the happiness you deserve, it was a pleasure to be part of your day!
