Devonport House Greenwich Wedding Photographers – Pam & Steve’s Wedding

The venue for Pam and Steve’s special day in May 2012 was the wonderful, historic setting of Devonport House in Greenwich.  We had experienced weeks of rainy weather beforehand and on the day it was still rather chilly but nothing could dampen the spirits of this lovely couple and their family and friends.  Purple Vision had previously photographed Pam’s daughter and so we were delighted when Pam approached us to capture the special moments of her big day.  Coincidentally we had also photographed Pam and Steve’s next door neighbours, Tina and James, at their wedding which was held at Eltham Palace a year ago.  We met a slightly nervous Steve at the venue prior to the wedding and we were honoured to witness what was a very emotional service for both Pam and Steve which was held in the Drake Suite at Devonport House.  The music was provided by a harpist which just added to the wonderfully romantic and historic setting. Pam was accompanied by her two daughters, Becky and Rachel.  Pam and Steve wanted to not only capture relaxed photos of them as a couple but to also to have their family and friends included in as many as possible.  Steve even brought his bike along to the wedding for a photo opportunity with his prized possession!  Congratulations Pam and Steve, thank you for letting us be part of your wonderful day and our very best wishes to you for a very happy future together x

Purple Vision Photography loves being part of a couple’s special day and it makes it even more memorable for us when we’ve already got to know some of our clients through previous shoots.
